FISH, CRLF2-BA Xp22/Yp11
FSXPY
Test Summary
The CRLF2 (cytokine receptor-like factor s) break apart FISH probe allows for identification of the rearrangement in blood or bone marrow samples. CRLF2 rearrangements are primarily associated with B-cell ALL, commonly fusing with either the immunoglobulin heavy chain gene on chromosome 14, or the P2RY8 gene, located within the pseudoautosomal region (PAR), on chromosomes X and Y.
