Test Summary

Myeloproliferative Neoplasm is an NGS based assay, which targets driver mutations in JAK2 (exon 14; V617F and exon12), CALR (exon 9, a 52-bp deletion, type 1 and a 5-bp insertion, type 2 mutation) are the most frequent variants.), and MPL (exon 10), as part of the early evaluation for BCR-ABL1-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN's), including polycythemia vera (PV), essential thrombocythemia (ET) and primary myelofibrosis (PMF).
