VENOUS PERIPHERAL BLOOD: 5 mL K2EDTA (lavender top) tube with the total WBC and percent lymph count or 5 mL Sodium Heparin (dark green top) tube and an K2EDTA (lavender top) tube with the total WBC and percent lymph count.

Minimum Volume

Minimum 2 - 3 mL

Instructions

Avoid hemolysis. Gently invert 10 times.
