5 X 5 mm fresh tissue collected in culture transport media or sterile container with Hanks' or Ringers solution or formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue,
5 mL amniotic fluid collected in a sterile container, or
5 mg chorionic villus sample collected in culture media
